TERMS
Each order is elligible for a single claim. That means if you have more than one product in an order that appears to be unviable or containing contaminants, only one can be replaced. Note that the number of current orders containing any such viability or contamination issues, when adherence to our storage and use guidelines are followed, is low.
If you experience any issues with contamination or non-viable products within the 60-day guarantee period, please contact us immediately. Each order is eligible for a single claim. To process your claim, we may request reasonable evidence that our best practices and storage recommendations were followed. This can include images of agar test plates, grain bags, or other appropriate mediums.
