How long does it take to ship?

All orders are shipped within one business day from time of payment confirmation. After your order is shipped, it usually takes 3-5 business days for your package to arrive. 

We want you to be able to enjoy your spores as soon as possible. Although we always work hard to ensure that you will be able to receive your parcel within the time frame mentioned, please note that we are human and sometimes this time period will be longer.

The standard shipping fee is $9.99, and we offer FREE shipping for orders over $49.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the USA. Your order will arrive directly to your mailbox, or any other address you choose (excluding those within the states of ID & GA). Once the courier confirms your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email including a link to track your order.

How do I find my tracking number?

You will receive an email within 2-3 business days from time of payment confirmation that contains a USPS tracking number. Please check your spam folder. If you do not see this email or have deleted it, you can contact us at [email protected] to request a new one. Please make sure to include your name and order number in your email asking us to resend your tracking info.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’d be happy to help you change the shipping address. Just shoot us an email at [email protected] with the details, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Payments

Why don’t I see any payment options?

If you get to the checkout page and aren’t seeing any available payment options, it’s likely because you’ve entered an address in which we aren’t allowed to ship. The states we currently are not able to ship to are ID and GA. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How long does payment take to process?

Payments can take up to 72 hours to process depending on the method selected. 

  • Pay by Card: payments are processed the same business day. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation email.
  • Pay by ACH: payments may take up to 3 business days to process. If has been longer than that and you have no received a payment confirmation email, or you’ve deleted the email, please reach out to us at [email protected] to resolve the issue.
  • Zelle/Venmo/CashApp: payments are processed within 1-2 business days. If it has been over 2 business days, please contact [email protected] to make sure there are no issues with the name on your order matching your payment.
  • Crypto (BTC): payments are processed the next business day. If it has been over 1 business day, please contact [email protected] to make sure there are no issues with the name on your order matching your payment. 

Why do I still receive ‘payment pending’ emails?

If you have made a recent payment and are still receiving the payment pending emails, please bear with us – the finance team is doing its best to process payments as fast as possible. These are reminder emails; ignore them if you have paid, they will stop when payment is confirmed.

What is the status of my payment?

We’ve got you covered when it comes to payments! Depending on the payment method you choose, it may take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours from time of payment to process. This is because the transaction process goes through a number of steps to get from one bank account to another:

What happens if I receive a faulty/damaged or incorrect product?

If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, full name, and photos of the issue (if relevant), and our team will do our best to make things right for you. We appreciate your business and want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.

How do I cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to help. Please include all details of your order (i.e. order number and full name) in the email, and the amendment you’d like to make. Any amendments, including cancellation, can only be made if your order hasn’t been prepared yet.

Are Psilocybe cubensis strains really that different from one another?

Yes, and no. Though strains within the same species have an almost identical physical appearance when it comes to their spores, there are subtle nuances that make them each unique. Another obvious example is derived from the fruits themselves, which have a large amount of variance in terms of their physical appearance.

It is the same concept as any other organism of the same species. Think of humans, we each appear the same from the perspective of a sperm cell, but once we’ve fully formed we begin to take on unique physical and chemical characteristics.

How do I store my mushroom spore syringe?

Syringes can be stored in a cool, dark place such as a fridge. If you don’t have a fridge, you can store them in a cool, dark cupboard.

Spore swabs can be stored in a cool, dry place like a drawer or cupboard. Make sure you keep them away from direct sunlight and moisture. For long-term storage, it’s recommended to store them in a fridge.

How long do spores last in a syringe?

Spore syringes and swabs can last up to a year if stored properly. Keep them in a cool, dark place like a fridge or cupboard away from direct sunlight and heat.

How long do liquid cultures last?

Liquid cultures can last for several months if stored properly. Keep them in a fridge, or other cool environment, until ready for use. This will prevent the mycelium from consuming up all the nutrients available in the solution.

How do I use my psilocybin spore syringe under a microscope?

To use your psilocybin spore syringe under a microscope, you will need:

  • A microscope
  • A slide
  • A coverslip
  • Some water for making a wet mount
  1. First, add a drop of water to your slide.
  2. Next, take the cap off of your spore syringe and let a few drops fall onto the slide.
  3. Gently place the coverslip over the water, making sure to remove air bubbles.
  4. Take a look at your slide under the microscope! You should see spores around 400x zoom.

How do I use my psilocybin spore swab under a microscope?

To prepare a microscope slide from a spore swab, sterilize the slide and cover slip with rubbing alcohol. Then, gently rub the swab onto the slide to transfer the spores. Add a small drop of water to the slide and cover with the cover slip. Gently press down to spread the spores out. You can now view the spores under the microscope.

How do I use a gourmet liquid culture to grow mushrooms?

To use your edible liquid culture to inoculate and grow your own mushrooms, you will need:

  • One all in one, or grain, bag (your preferred grain will vary depending on the type of mushroom you’re growing)
  • One edible liquid culture
  • Tape
  1. First, wipe down your injection port with the alcohol wipe.
  2. Next, add the needle to your liquid culture syringe
  3. Inject the bag with the syringe through the injection port. Push the full plunger into the bag.
  4. Shake up the bag, and label.
  5. Place in a dark, warm place and allow it to colonize (2-3 weeks).
  6. After full colonization, cut the bag to allow for airflow. 
  7. Once airflow is introduced, your mushrooms should begin fruiting.

Do you ship to ID or GA?

We are not able to ship to ID or GA at this time. These two states have explicit laws against the possession, or sale, of magic mushroom spores despite the fact that we only offer these products for microscopy research purposes.

Do your spores contain psilocybin or psilocin?

No. Psilocybin and psilocin are active compounds that are found within the fruiting bodies of certain species of ‘magic’ mushrooms. Since we are only offering the spores, none of our products do not contain these compounds.

Our spores are for microscopy purposes only and are not intended for cultivation or consumption. They do not contain psilocybin or psilocin.

Are magic mushroom spores legal?

Yes. Psilocybin containing mushroom spores do not have any of the active compounds (psilocybin or psilocin) that are found in the fruiting bodies of some mushrooms. Therefore, they are legal to possess and study within most of the United States. Please check your local laws and regulations before purchasing.
