Each order is eligible for a single claim. Claims can be made up to 1x per quarter, per customer.
If you experience issues with contamination or non-viable products within the 90-day guarantee period, please contact us immediately. To process your claim, we may request reasonable evidence that our best practices and storage recommendations were followed.
