Returns Policy

We stand behind every syringe and culture with a 90‑Day Clean Culture Guarantee.

1. What’s Covered

  • Visible contamination under a microscope
  • Non‑viable spores or culture when used within 90 days of delivery
  • Shipping damage rendering the product unusable

2. What’s Not Covered

  • User contamination or improper storage
  • Products used for cultivation or ingestion
  • Orders shipped to forwarding services or P.O. boxes outside the U.S.

3. How to Claim

  1. Email [email protected] within 90 days of the delivery date.
  2. Provide order number, photos/videos, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We may ask for the syringe or swab to be returned for lab assessment (we’ll cover postage).

4. Resolution Options

  • Replacement – one free reship of the same strain/product
  • Store Credit – product subtotal credited to your account
  • Refund – to the original payment method (rare; at our discretion)

5. No Returns

Due to sterility concerns, we cannot accept returns of spores or cultures. Unused merchandise (e.g., apparel) may be returned within 30 days if unopened.

6. Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested. Legitimate issues should be handled through this policy first.
